Seawolf Card Management is a single location where you can manage aspects of campus dollars including WolfBucks, Dining Dollars, and Bonus Dollars. Seawolf Card Management will conveniently be accessed as a tile on the main screen of your SSU portal — login.sonoma.edu.

We are excited to announce a new Seawolf Card Management software has been implemented to help students, staff, and faculty manage their Seawolf Card. We have transitioned from legacy software to newer, more robust software that has many new features to enhance the user experience and create operational efficiencies. The new software launched on June 1 and allows you to manage your campus dollars:

  • Deposit to your WolfBucks account — it takes less than 60 seconds to add value online and is available 24/7
  • Purchase an optional meal plan
  • View your account balances and transaction history
  • View recent account activity
  • Create low-balance warnings
  • Deactivate a lost ID card
  • Virtual Card access (as long as you already have a photo in the system) is coming soon — you will be able to add your card to your Apple Wallet and Google Pay to use for on-campus purchases at participating locations

Thank you to all the campus partners and staff who have worked hard to bring this new software to fruition. This campus-wide project was spearheaded by Entrepreneurial Activities in collaboration with many campus partners, most notably IT and Seawolf Services.
