I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 11 a.m.
II. Approval of the November 27, 2018 Minutes
The minutes passed with no objections.
III. 2019-2020 Budget Development
Mr. Markley presented his draft of the 2019-2020 SSE budget. In January, the six month actuals will be calculated against the projected budget, and adjusted accordingly.
IV. SSE Contribution Report
A contribution report will be completed for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. Mr. Markley asked committee members to seek feedback on what would be important to present, the format and content of the report will be discussed in future meetings.
V. Other Non-Action Items
Meeting was adjourned at 11:34 a.m.
