1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 9:35am.
    
2. Approval of the August 24, 2020 Finance Committee Minutes
   The minutes passed with no objections.
    
3. ACTION ITEM: Approval of the 2020/2021 Budget
   Ms. Visser reviewed the 2020/2021 budget and discussed various possibilities for covering the deficit, such as selling parcels of land, negotiating with the University to not pay rent on closed venues, and unknown additional federal stimulus options.
   
   The budget was approved without objection.
    
4. ACTION ITEM: Reserve Approval
   Ms. Visser quickly reviewed the reserve policy and the calculation worksheet with the committee, these were also reviewed at the last meeting and there have been no changes since the last meeting.
   
   The reserve calculation was approved without objection.
    
5. Other Non-Action Items
   None.
