1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 9:07am.
2. Approval of the March 4, 2021 Finance Committee Minutes
   The minutes passed with no objections.

3. Financial Statement Review
   Ms. Visser reviewed the March 31, 2021 statement of activity.

4. ACTION ITEM: 2021/2022 Budget
   The motion to approve the 2021/2022 budget was presented by Mr. Dominguez, seconded by Ms. Blaylock, and was unanimously approved.
5. Update on Petaluma Hill Property
   Mr. Markley discussed the SSE-owned parcels of land that are on the market and the offers that have been received thus far.
6. Other Non-Action Items
   None.
