Mr. Taylor Rozek, Ms. Ashley Blaylock, Mr. Neil Markley, Ms. Anastasia Tosouni, Ms. Amanda Visser

  1. Call to Order
    The meeting was called to order at 9:02am.
  2. Approval of the September 29, 2022 Finance Committee Minutes
    The minutes passed with no objections.
  3. Financial Statement Review
    Ms. Visser went over the October financial statements. It was noted that the Organization is accruing rent for GMC space and Student Center space at the negotiated rates but if there is a surplus at the end of the year the University may ask for some support, if our reserves are appropriately funded.
  4. ACTION ITEM: Approval of the Reserve Allocation
    Mr. Markley reviewed the history and purpose of the reserve policy. Ms. Visser reviewed the calculation with the committee.
    Reserve Allocation approved
  5. Other Non-Action Items
    Mr. Markley discussed a few future items that may be brought to the finance committee later this fiscal year.
