Student Housing Task Force Meeting Minutes

Not in Attendance: Ryan Henne, Christopher Dinno, Charles Zabala, Carley Chatterley

Purpose of Meeting: Housing Analysis – Findings and Next Steps
Agenda:

• Introductions (5 minutes)
• ICF Project Update (10 minutes)
  • Discussion of location change
• Program Updates (10 minutes)
• Project Duration/Timeline (10 minutes)
• Next Steps & Timeline (5 minutes)

Student Housing General Notes:

1. ICF is continuing the process of compiling the Data requirements collected.
2. We have requested information from ICF regarding the location of the project, its possible re-location to the north and the proximity of the creek.
3. The Master Plan Addendum work is moving forward and will be adjusted as more information becomes available.
4. Discussions of the long-term plan and goals with regard to housing expansion, funding and program are ongoing. The Student Housing Task Force team will continue as charged.
5. Decisions regarding the Children’s School location are yet to be determined.
6. There are no updates to the overall program as decisions are pending the completion of the ICF Master Plan Addendum process and further discussions about the Children’s School.
7. The Student Housing Task Force team will continue as charged.
